1 General Terms & Conditions

Dhk.wine (hereinafter referred to as "dhk" or the "Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between dhk and its users.

By using any dhk service, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Access to the platform will not be permitted if these Terms are not followed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at dhk can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–15 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours if verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Please review all details before confirming a bet. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, dhk may void the affected bets.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
• Coordinating with others to place synchronized bets in order to abuse the bonus system.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.

• Spreading false information or fake complaints against dhk.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
